| The energy-saving control
system of air compressor |

The majority of running pattern of air compressor is to set an upper
pressure limit and a low pressure limit satisfying the needs of operating
mode. The running status of high power air compressor is when the
barometric pressure drops to the established lower limit, the machine
puts into the follower, and dragging load running and it repeats in
cycles again and again.
While the difference of running pattern between the low power air
compressor and the high power one is when the pressure achieves the
established upper limit value, the electrical machine stops running,
and when the pressure drops to the lower limit value established,
the electrical machine starts, and it repeats in cycles again and
again.
[Saving principle]
Looking from the characteristics above, no matter the large power
air compressor or the low power one has the waste. The no-loading
running and frequent start of electrical machine are the root of the
waste.
The ZNR special-purpose power saving machine of atmospheric engine
is a closed-loop control system which can set the best pressure satisfying
the needs of operating mode through adopting the pressure signal as
the control basis and the composition. The system computes the output
frequency based on gathering and the established pressure value to
